The Quebec government has set up a new marketing and export support program (PSCE) for Quebec companies, managed by its agent Investissement Québec.
This program has an envelope of $200 billion over 5 years to support Quebec businesses.
The PSCE has 3 components:
Are affected by the PSCE, "for-profit enterprises legally incorporated in Quebec or Canada and having an establishment in Quebec as well as social economy enterprises and non-financial cooperatives."
“The financial assistance granted to the company takes the form of a non-refundable contribution.
We have the French legal expertise that Quebec companies are looking for to break into the French market.
Our professional fees are qualified to enter the PSCE and are part of the eligible expenses for the following projects and activities:
"Development of a marketing strategy, including the realization of a market study in Quebec and the acquisition of knowledge in market development (coaching)"
"Development of a diagnosis, a business plan or a strategy aimed at export or internationalization"
"Steps to obtain a contract outside Quebec by call for tenders or by invitation"
"International Trademark Registration"
Expenses must be incurred afterthe date of receipt of the request by Investissement Québeak.
Companies with sales of less than $100 million are eligible for Tier 2.
In this stream, only grant applications with total eligible expenses of at least 25,000 $ will be admissible.
This component helps support large Quebec companies in their internationalization.
