Marketing and export support program (PSCE) for companies in the Quebec

The Quebec government has set up a new marketing and export support program (PSCE) for Quebec companies, managed by its agent Investissement Québec.

This program has an envelope of $200 billion over 5 years to support Quebec businesses.

The PSCE has 3 components:

• Part 1 aims to strengthen the capacity of SMEs to market their products and services on the Quebec market.

• Part 2 affects the strengthening of the export capacity of SMEs and the acceleration of their projects on markets outside Quebec.

• Part 3 aims to support large companies in their structuring projects on international markets in order to promote their internationalization.

Are affected by the PSCE, "for-profit enterprises legally incorporated in Quebec or Canada and having an establishment in Quebec as well as social economy enterprises and non-financial cooperatives."

“The financial assistance granted to the company takes the form of a non-refundable contribution.

• This help can reach 50% of eligible expenses, up to $250,000 over a maximum period of twelve months and up to a maximum of $500,000 per company until March 31, 2025.

• The accumulation of government assistance cannot exceed 85% of the project's eligible expenses for component 1 and 65% for components 2 and 3.

Expenses must be incurred afterthe date of receipt of the request by Investissement Québeak.
